Nikon optical microscope with camera and metrology capabilities in Class ISO-5 yellow cleanroom
The facility is now equipped with two Nikon optical microscopes with camera and metrology capability used for inspection. One microscope is in the ISO-5 yellow room and another is in the ISO-6 white room.
